Flexible LED screen P2.5 for indoor installation. The module on a flexible PCB bends to a radius — columns, waves and rounded façades are all possible. Pixel density 160 000 dots/m², brightness 350–550 cd/m².

Where it is used

  • conference rooms and boardrooms
  • business centre lobbies, banks and showrooms
  • TV and podcast studios
  • shopping centres — the entrance and escalator areas

Viewing distance

The minimum comfortable distance is about 2 m, and the main viewing zone is 2–8 m. The rule of thumb is simple: the distance in metres roughly equals the pixel pitch in millimetres. Closer than that the image breaks up into dots; further away the extra detail is wasted and a coarser pitch is the better buy.

Construction and servicing

The screen is built from 320×160 mm modules on a steel frame. The size is a multiple of the module, so the overall dimensions fit the opening almost exactly. Weight — 380–450 g (module).

Ingress protection — IP 31: this is splash protection, not protection from a downpour. Such a screen goes behind glazing, under a canopy or inside the façade envelope — open installation without cover is agreed separately. Operating temperature −20…+40 °C.

The module is built on a flexible PCB: it bends to a radius and holds on magnets — cylinders, waves, rounded corners and screens curved around a column are all possible. Minimum bending radius — from 500 mm.

Power and load

Peak draw is 700 W/m² (a white field at full brightness); with real content it is about 300 W/m². For a 6×3 m screen (18 m²) that means roughly 12.6 kW at peak and 5.4 kW in normal use. Power supply 110V~240V. In the technical specification we size the power lines by the peak rather than the average — otherwise the breaker trips on a white frame.

What the delivery includes

  • modules, power supplies, receiving cards and cabling;
  • a video processor — chosen for the screen resolution so that there are enough ports with headroom to spare;
  • the supporting steel structure to suit the mounting location;
  • installation, commissioning and brightness tuning for the site;
  • operator training and handover of the firmware files;
  • warranty and service — a stock of modules and power supplies is held in Almaty.

We work out the exact price from your dimensions: it depends on the area, the mounting structure, the installation height and the control kit. Send us the size of the opening and a photo of the location and we will come back with a quotation and a layout drawing.
