Services
Services within a supply: tenders, steel, installation, service
Tenders, steel structures, installation, service — everything a screen supply includes, under one contract.

Tender participation
We support the procurement of an LED screen from specification to commissioning — under the Kazakhstan Law on Public Procurement and quasi-public sector rules.

Steel structures
We design and weld the frame for the screen: on a facade, a roof, a free-standing support, in an opening. We calculate wind load and weight and agree it with the building engineer.

Installation
Own crew, lifting equipment, cabling, commissioning. From unloading to the first video on the screen — in one visit.

Service and maintenance
Warranty 2–5 years, scheduled inspections, module replacement from the Almaty warehouse, remote monitoring. A screen runs for years if it is looked after.
Learn more →The Services section covers the four jobs that make up an LED screen project: tender support, fabrication of the steel structure, installation with commissioning, and maintenance. KazLedPro has done all four in-house since 2012: an engineer on the survey, frame welding in Almaty, an installation crew certified for work at height, and a warehouse of modules and spare parts. Over that time we have completed more than 1,000 sites across Kazakhstan; 62 of them are published in the portfolio with photos and descriptions.
All four are part of a KazLedPro screen purchase or rental, not stand-alone services: we do not weld frames for other people's equipment, install cabinets bought directly, or repair screens put up by other contractors. The reason is simple — you can only answer for the result as a whole: one contract, one party responsible, and no argument about whose fault it is if a step shows between cabinets. We work in Almaty and travel across Kazakhstan.
Four services and how they add up to a project
The order is the usual one: first you calculate, then you weld, then you hang, then you maintain. Tender support is needed by a public-sector customer before the purchase is announced — that is the moment when the specification either gets verifiable characteristics or the line «LED screen 6×3 metres», against which anything at all can be delivered. The steel structure is calculated from weight and wind: the screen pulls 30–60 kg per square metre and catches wind like a billboard. Installation means hanging with flatness control, cabling, the video processor and calibration. Service starts on the day the acceptance act is signed: a warranty of 2–5 years depending on the model, and a maintenance contract after that.
- Tender participation: site survey, budget calculation, a specification with verifiable characteristics, the document package and KTP.
- Steel structures for screens: load calculation, drawing, approval with the building operator, fabrication in Almaty, anti-corrosion treatment.
- Installation and commissioning: electrical specification, hanging, cabling, processor setup, calibration, staff training.
- Service and maintenance: warranty of 2–5 years, scheduled inspections, module replacement from the Almaty warehouse, remote monitoring of screen health.
What we take on and what stays with the customer
Ours is everything that needs calculation, a workshop or special equipment: the survey, screen configuration, frame drawing and its approval, fabrication and delivery, work at height with a lift up to 22 m or rope-access technicians, hanging, cabling, video processor setup, brightness and colour calibration, staff training and the full set of documents.
Three things stay with the customer, and all of them are simple. Power and data supply to our electrical specification — your in-house electrician does that, and it is the only part where the schedule does not depend on us. Access to the site and space for unloading: an outdoor 960×960 mm cabinet weighs 25 kg and will not go through a turnstile. The building owner's consent for the work if the screen goes onto a facade or roof. Content you can prepare yourself or hand to us together with operator training.
Lead times, warranty and completed sites
With power points ready, an indoor screen in a hall is hung, cabled and started by the crew in a single visit. An outdoor facade is planned separately: fabrication and painting of the frame, work at height, weather. We name the exact lead time after the survey and write it into the contract.
A warranty case is closed by replacing a module, power supply or receiving card — the reserve for every delivery sits in the Almaty warehouse rather than being ordered from abroad. For those who need the screen every day there is a maintenance contract: an inspection every six months, a fixed response time (a working day for Almaty), remote monitoring of temperature and card status, and a log of every replacement. For a network of screens, keep spares equal to 2–3% of the modules on site.
This is how we delivered 100 m² of P3 at the I. Zhansugurov Palace of Culture in Taldykorgan (2023), 64 m² of P3 at Mall Aport in Almaty (2023) and a 48 m² corner outdoor P5 screen on the facade of Atakent Mall (Almaty, 2023) — in all three the frame, installation and commissioning were ours.
How the project goes
- 1
Enquiry and survey
An engineer visits the site in Almaty or works through your photos, dimensions and floor plan. We check the wall, power, signal route and access for equipment, and decide which of the four services you need.
- 2
Calculation, quote and electrical specification
We calculate the configuration, resolution, power draw and structure weight. A commercial proposal with specification and lead times goes out within a day, together with the brief for your electrician.
- 3
Contract, frame and kitting
We fix the scope, schedule and warranty. The steel structure is welded and painted for your site, cabinets are prepared from stock, and the video processor and receiving cards are configured in advance.
- 4
Installation and commissioning
The crew erects the structure, hangs the screen with flatness control, distributes power across lines and signal over twisted pair, calibrates brightness and colour, runs a test video and checks every module.
- 5
Handover, training and maintenance
We train your staff and hand over the passport with serial numbers, the wiring diagram, configuration files, the acceptance act and the warranty card. Then the warranty runs, with an optional maintenance contract.
What the price depends on
At KazLedPro indoor screens start from 260,000 ₸ per m² and outdoor screens from 300,000 ₸ per m². On the Kazakhstan market a square metre of LED screen costs roughly between 180,000 and 1,500,000 ₸: the lower end is a coarse pitch for outdoor use, the upper end a fine-pitch screen for a studio or meeting room. This is a market reference, not our price list. Works are priced separately from the equipment and depend on the location more than on the area: identical screens in a ground-floor hall and on a seventh-floor facade are installed very differently. We calculate an exact estimate from your dimensions and site photos, and prepare a commercial proposal within a day.
Scope of services
One service or all four: tender, frame, installation, maintenance. Each appears as a separate line in the estimate, so you can see what you pay for and drop what you do not need without renegotiating the whole project.
Area and screen type
Cabinets hang faster; modules give freedom of size but take more installation hours. Area multiplies everything at once: fixings, cable, the volume of steel and the crew's time on site.
Steel structure and height
A ready recess is cheaper than a new facade frame. An indoor hall reached with a stepladder, a lift up to 22 m and rope access above that are three different estimates for the same screen.
Electrics and cable routes
Distance from the switchboard to the screen, new lines and breakers, the length of trunking and data cabling. If your electrician prepares the supply to our specification, this part drops out of the estimate.
City and crew travel
In Almaty the crew works without travel costs. For another city we budget the journey, accommodation and a stock of spare modules so nobody has to come back for a small part — all as separate lines, not surprises.
Warranty and maintenance
The warranty is included in the supply price; a scheduled maintenance contract is priced separately. It depends on the response time, the number of inspections per year and the volume of spares we keep for your screen.
Questions and answers
Can I order installation only, without buying a screen?
No. Installation is part of a KazLedPro screen purchase or rental and is not sold separately: we answer for the screen as a whole — equipment, structure and workmanship — and cannot answer for someone else's cabinets. If you plan to replace an old screen, we will visit the site, assess it and quote a new one.
Who is responsible for the electrical supply?
The customer's electrician runs power and data to our specification, which lists power lines, breakers and the number of twisted-pair runs. We arrive at ready points — that makes installation a day's work instead of a week. Distribution across the screen, the processor and setup are ours.
How long does a whole project take?
An indoor screen from common models in the Almaty warehouse takes one to two weeks from contract to launch. An outdoor screen with a new frame takes longer: fabrication and painting of the steel, work at height, weather. Public procurement adds the time of the procedure itself. Exact dates go into the contract after the survey.
Is a separate frame needed if the wall is solid?
Almost always. A screen weighs 30–60 kg per square metre and the cabinets must sit in one plane: a couple of millimetres out of true shows as a step at the joint. The frame spreads the load, sets the geometry and leaves room for trunking and service access to the modules.
What does maintenance include?
A scheduled inspection twice a year: fixings, cabling, power supplies, cleaning of outdoor screens. A fixed response time on request, a working day for Almaty. Remote monitoring of temperature and receiving-card status, software updates, help with content and a log of what was replaced and when.
Do you repair screens from other suppliers?
No. KazLedPro service is part of our supply: we maintain the screens we selected, installed and know down to the receiving-card model. We do not take on diagnostics or repair of other equipment as a separate service. If an old screen has reached the end of its life, we will quote a replacement with a 2–5 year warranty.
Do you work outside Almaty?
Yes, across all of Kazakhstan. The portfolio includes installations in Astana, Aktobe, Karaganda, Taraz, Taldykorgan, Turkestan, Aktau, Kokshetau and Semey. The travelling crew brings its own tools and spare modules, and travel and accommodation are budgeted before the contract is signed.
Can a screen with installation be bought through public procurement?
Yes. KazLedPro is in the registry of domestic manufacturers with an industrial KTP certificate, which gives the customer a price preference in the tender. We help shape a specification with verifiable characteristics, submit the bid with the full package, and after winning we supply, install and hand over with acts and the screen passport.
