LED screen rental in Almaty is for the cases when a screen has to work one evening or one exhibition week, and buying it makes no sense. KazLedPro has been renting out LED screens, lighting and sound for events since 2012: conferences, concerts, weddings, exhibitions, sports broadcasts and city festivals. We deliver, assemble, connect, leave a technician on site and take everything away after closing — the client only sends the content.

Screens are built from the same quick-lock 500×1000 mm rental cabinets you see in our catalogue. The equipment stock, warehouse and installation crew are based in Almaty, so we answer a request the same day and set up on site in 2–4 hours. We work across Kazakhstan and travel to other cities when the duration and size of the job justify the trip.

Rental is priced per square metre of screen per day, and the rate already includes installation, dismantling, an operator and logistics within the city. Which events the screen is rented for

Most rentals last one to three days: a conference or forum at a hotel, a concert, a wedding in a banquet hall, a stand at an exhibition. A 3×2 or 4×3 m stage backdrop, side screens for the back rows, a screen for a match broadcast on a square — all of it is built from the same cabinets; only the size and pixel pitch change. For a hall where guests sit 3–4 metres from the stage we use P2.6 or P2.9; for a conference with small text on slides — P1.95; for outdoor use and fan zones — the outdoor P3.91 with brightness rated for direct sun.

We have installed permanent screens at the I. Zhansugurov Palace of Culture in Taldykorgan (2023), at the Astana Plaza (2020) and Eleven Hotel & Hall (2019) banquet halls in Almaty, and at the EXPO-2017 site — so we know how stages, trusses and power are arranged in such venues, and that saves time on a rental installation.

Which cabinets we rent out

Five models are available for rental — all on 500×1000 mm cabinets with 250×250 mm modules and a refresh rate of 3840 Hz and above, so the screen can be filmed without banding. Cabinets lock together without tools, seams are even, and the screen can be any size in 0.5 m steps. A cabinet weighs 11–15 kg, so the screen hangs from a truss or stands on a floor support without a heavy frame.

If you are unsure about the pitch, tell us the depth of the hall and what will be shown: video and photos forgive a coarser pitch, small presentation text does not. The screen is driven from a laptop through a video processor and accepts an HDMI signal from a camera, a computer or the director's console.

• P1.95 indoor: brightness from 900 cd/m², 15 kg, comfortable viewing from 2 m — conferences with text and tables on screen.
• P2.6 and P2.9 indoor: 1000 cd/m², 13 kg, viewing from 3 m — a stage in a hall, weddings, indoor concerts.
• P3.91 indoor: 500 cd/m², about 14 kg, viewing from 4 m — large halls and backdrops where the audience is far away.
• P3.91 outdoor: 5500–7800 cd/m², IP68, 11–13 kg, operates from −40 to +50 °C — squares, fan zones, summer festivals.

How the rental price is calculated

LED screen rental starts at 25,000 ₸ per square metre per day. The rate includes installation and dismantling, an operator at the console and logistics within Almaty — there are no separate delivery or assembly lines in the quote. The term is counted in days, including the installation day and the dismantling day. The longer the rental, the cheaper each day: the second and third days cost less than the first, and from four days onward the daily rate drops further — a week-long exhibition is far from seven one-day prices.

Lighting is from 20,000 ₸ per fixture per day: LED PAR, wash lights, Beam moving heads, a console and DMX lines. Sound is a 1 kW kit from 100,000 ₸: speakers, mixer, wireless microphones, cabling. Ready-made kits for typical halls: up to 80 guests — a 3×2 m screen, two 750 W speakers, a mixer, two wireless microphones and 6 LED Beam fixtures for 500,000 ₸; up to 120 guests, when the venue has its own sound — a 3×2 m screen and 6 fixtures for 350,000 ₸; up to 160 guests — six speakers, four wireless microphones, 10 moving heads and an 8×4 m star curtain for 900,000 ₸. The equipment is ours, not sub-rented from third parties, so there is no one else's margin in the price; our own transport saves up to 15 % of the order.

The equipment is our own: we do not sublease screens, lighting or sound, so no third-party mark-up ends up in the quote. Event agencies and venues that book regularly get separate terms. Payment is by cash or bank transfer, with a contract and closing documents.

What we need from the client and how installation goes

Installing a 3×2 or 4×3 m screen takes 2–4 hours from the moment the van arrives: cabinets on the truss or floor support, cabling, processor setup, content check. Dismantling starts right after closing and takes an hour to an hour and a half. A technician stays at the venue for the whole event: connects the speakers' laptops, switches sources, watches the equipment until the end. From the client we need four things.

• Power: a separate 220 V line near the stage. Allow up to 800 W per square metre of screen at peak — for a 3×2 m screen that is a 5 kW line; the exact load is stated in the quote.
• Rigging points or a spot for a support: the venue's truss, ceiling fixings or floor space for a ground-supported structure. We calculate the load and agree it with the venue before installation; we have our own 20×20 truss.
• Access: a van approach to the hall, a lift or a ramp, and time for installation before the start — usually in the morning or the evening before.
• Content: video and slides in the screen's resolution, which we send in advance. If needed, we produce clips and idents for an extra fee.
• Delivery within Almaty is included in the rate. To other cities we travel with our own crew and transport: logistics is priced separately by distance and equipment volume; pick-up from our warehouse is also possible.
