Personal data processing policy
This page explains what data the kazledpro.kz website collects, why it is needed, how it is stored and how to withdraw consent. In short: we take only what is needed to answer your enquiry, and we never sell this data.

1. Who processes the data
The personal data controller is ТОО «KazLedPro», BIN 211140027586, 1a Monke Bi St., Almaty, Kazakhstan. Contact e-mail for data matters: info@kazledpro.kz.
This policy applies to kazledpro.kz in all language versions and follows the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.
2. What data we receive
Through the enquiry form — what you enter yourself:
- name, phone number and, optionally, e-mail address;
- the message text: your task, dimensions, installation site;
- service data: site language, the page the enquiry was sent from, IP address and time of sending.
By phone or WhatsApp — the data you provide yourself. Automatically, via Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics — anonymised statistics: pages viewed, device and browser type, referral source, approximate region. This data does not let us identify you.
3. Why we need it
- to contact you and answer the enquiry;
- to prepare a calculation, a commercial offer and a contract;
- to perform the contract: delivery, installation, warranty service;
- to understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
We do not send newsletters or advertising to the contacts you leave. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
4. Legal basis
The basis is your consent, given by clicking the “Send” button under the form, and, once a contract is signed, the contract itself and accounting legislation.
5. Who else has access
- the hosting provider (servers in Kazakhstan): the enquiry e-mail and the enquiry log are stored on its server;
- Yandex and Google — anonymised statistics only, under their own rules; part of such statistics is processed outside Kazakhstan;
- state authorities — only in the cases and manner expressly provided by law.
6. How long we keep it
An enquiry — while we are in contact about it and no longer than three years after the last contact if no contract was signed. Contract data — for the periods set by accounting legislation. Analytics data is kept under the rules of Yandex and Google.
7. Cookies
The site uses cookies of Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics and its own technical cookies (for example, the chosen language). You can disable them in your browser settings: the site will keep working, only statistics will stop being collected.
8. Your rights
You may find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent. Write to info@kazledpro.kz from the address or number you used in the enquiry. We reply within the period set by law. After consent is withdrawn we stop processing, except where storage is required by law.
9. How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS, the enquiry log is closed to outside access, and only the staff who handle enquiries can see them.
10. Changes to this policy
A new version is published on this page with its date. If the changes are material, we will announce them on the site.
