KazLedPro is an Almaty company that has been working with LED displays since 2012: choosing the model for the task, supplying the equipment, fabricating steel structures, installing, commissioning and servicing. The office and warehouse are at 1a Monke Bi Street; modules, power supplies and receiving cards for current projects are kept there too. Over that time we have completed more than a thousand projects across Kazakhstan.
Screens are assembled and configured in Almaty and installed by our own crew — installation is never subcontracted. The catalogue holds 42 models with pixel pitch from P0.93 to P50: indoor and outdoor screens, flexible modules, transparent mesh screens, media facades and rental cabinets. Warranty is 2–5 years depending on the model, and spare modules from every delivery stay in stock.
Sixty-two projects are published in the portfolio with photos, city and date: schools and universities, shopping malls, banquet halls, TV studios, control rooms, government buildings. We work across Kazakhstan and, since 2022, on sites in the UAE. What we do
KazLedPro covers the whole cycle: from choosing a pixel pitch to match the viewing distance to training your staff to run the content. That is calmer than assembling a project from three contractors: one company answers for the screen, the frame and the power, and when a module flickers there is no argument about whose responsibility it is.

Our own crew and warehouse in Almaty
The installers are on staff and know the equipment they put up. On the road it shows: the crew arrives with truss, cable, tools and spare modules instead of hunting for missing parts on site. That is how screens were built in Karaganda, Aktobe, Aktau, Taraz, Taldykorgan, Turkestan, Kokshetau, Astana and Semey.
The Almaty warehouse is not for show: common 320×160 and 256×256 mm modules, cabinets, power supplies and receiving cards are held in stock. Because of that a small indoor screen is assembled in one to two weeks, and a warranty module replacement does not turn into waiting for a factory shipment. Module samples can be seen at the office, so the pitch is compared in person rather than from a photograph.
Public procurement, documents and warranty
KazLedPro is listed in the registry of domestic manufacturers and holds the KTP industrial certificate, which gives the customer price preferences in public procurement. For a tender we prepare the technical assignment, specification, certificates of conformity and warranty obligations, and where needed we explain which requirements in a draft assignment describe a real screen and which were written for one particular supplier.
This is how screens were delivered to schools and universities: gymnasium No. 130 named after I. Zhansugurov (Almaty, 2021), school-gymnasium No. 153 named after A. Rozybakiev (Almaty, 2021), K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University (Aktobe, 2021) and two screens for Nur-Mubarak University (Almaty, 2022). Among government sites — the Talgar akimat (2021), the Border Academy of the National Security Committee (Almaty, 2022) and the National Security Committee building in Taraz (2021). Warranty is 2–5 years depending on the model, and service continues after it ends.
Kazakhstan and the UAE
The main work is Kazakhstan: Almaty, Astana, Karaganda, Aktobe, Aktau, Taraz, Taldykorgan, Turkestan, Kokshetau and smaller towns such as Talgar, Aksay and Chundzha. Some of the sites are visible from the street: P3 screens of 48 m² at Almaty ТРК FORUM (2023), 64 m² at Moll Aport mall (2023), and a 48 m² outdoor corner P5 on the facade of Atakent Mall (2023).
Since 2022 we have been delivering projects in the UAE. A 20 m² P1.53 screen for the ENOC situation centre in Dubai (2022), a 36 m² outdoor P3 for the Dubai Municipality Headquarters building (2023), fine-pitch P0.93 screens totalling 48 m² for the Dubai Police command centre (2023) and screens for the V PERFUMES boutique at Al Wahda Mall in Abu Dhabi (2023). Requirements on such sites are stricter than usual, and that experience comes back into projects at home.

Enquiry and task
You describe the site: where the screen goes, the viewing distance, what will be shown. In Almaty we come out to measure; for other cities we work from photos, drawings and video of the venue.

Calculation and proposal
We choose the pixel pitch and the construction, calculate resolution, power, cabinet layout and the steel structure. A proposal with specification, lead time and warranty is sent within a day.

Contract and fabrication
We fix the scope, price and dates. Modules come from stock or are ordered from the factory, the frame is fabricated for your site, the processor and receiving cards are configured in advance.

Installation and commissioning
The crew mounts the structure, assembles the screen, runs power and signal lines, calibrates brightness and colour, connects the sources and trains your staff to work with content.

Handover and service
Acceptance act, screen passport with serial numbers, video report. Then a 2–5 year warranty, spare modules in stock and an engineer on call, including after the warranty ends.
What the price depends on
At KazLedPro indoor screens start from 260,000 ₸ per m² and outdoor screens from 300,000 ₸ per m². On the Kazakhstan market a square metre of LED screen costs roughly between 180,000 and 1,500,000 ₸: the lower end is a coarse pitch for outdoor use, the upper end a fine-pitch screen for a studio or meeting room. This is a market reference, not our price list: the exact figure is calculated from your dimensions and scope of work. The calculator on the site gives layout and resolution, and the commercial proposal is ready within a day.
Pixel pitch and area
The finer the pitch, the more LEDs per square metre and the dearer each metre of screen. Area multiplies everything else: modules, frame, power supply and installation hours.
Type of construction
A cabinet screen assembles faster and is easier to service; a modular one fits an opening more precisely and costs less per metre but takes more work on site.
Where it is installed
An outdoor screen is several times brighter, sealed and rated for a Kazakhstan winter — a different component base entirely. An indoor screen does not need that protection.
Steel structure and height
A wall frame, a separate support, a facade or a roof mean different steel and different work. Heights above three metres add a lift or scaffolding; a facade adds wind-load calculation.
Power, control and training
Power lines, video processor, control software and staff training. We list these separately in the quote so that no unplanned work appears after installation.
Warranty and service
The warranty term, the spare parts held in stock and the response routine for call-outs. For a screen that runs every day, service matters more than a discount at purchase.
Questions and answers
How long has KazLedPro been working?
Since 2012. In that time more than a thousand projects have been completed across Kazakhstan, 62 of them published in the portfolio with photos, city and installation date. The company is registered as a TOO, with office and warehouse in Almaty at 1a Monke Bi Street; contract, invoice and closing documents are issued in the usual way.
Do you manufacture screens or resell equipment?
Assembly, cabling and configuration of screens are done in Almaty, steel structures are fabricated for the site, and LED modules and components are bought from manufacturing plants. What matters to the client is different: one company answers for selection, supply, installation and later service, rather than a chain of intermediaries.
Do you work outside Almaty?
Yes, across all of Kazakhstan. Our travelling crew has installed screens in Astana, Karaganda, Aktobe, Aktau, Taraz, Taldykorgan, Turkestan, Kokshetau, Semey and Aksay. In another city we survey from photos and drawings, carry out installation and commissioning on site, and ship spare modules from the Almaty warehouse.
Can we buy a screen from you through public procurement?
Yes. KazLedPro is listed in the registry of domestic manufacturers and holds the KTP industrial certificate, which gives the customer price preferences in procurement. We prepare the technical assignment, specification, certificates of conformity and warranty obligations. Screens have been delivered this way to schools, universities, akimats and houses of culture around the country.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty runs 2–5 years depending on the model. It covers replacement of a module, power supply or receiving card, reconfiguration and an engineer's visit. A reserve of components from every delivery sits in the Almaty warehouse, so a repair usually takes days rather than weeks of waiting for a shipment.
Do you service screens bought elsewhere?
No. Service is part of our supply: we maintain and repair the screens we selected and installed — we know their composition down to the card model, and spares are in our Almaty warehouse. We cannot answer for someone else's equipment, so we do not take on one-off repairs of such screens. If an old screen is due for replacement, we will visit, assess the site and quote a new one.
Can we see your work in person?
Yes. In Almaty our screens run at Almaty ТРК FORUM, Moll Aport mall, on the facade of Atakent Mall and in the Vivo brand zone of the Sulpak store at Dostyk Plaza. The portfolio also holds video testimonials: the conference hall of Holiday Inn Almaty, the Shokan Ualikhanov private school and the assembly hall of KIS school. Module samples are shown at the office.
Do you take on projects outside Kazakhstan?
Yes, in the UAE. A P1.53 screen for the ENOC situation centre in Dubai, an outdoor P3 on the Dubai Municipality Headquarters building, P0.93 screens in the Dubai Police command centre, and screens for the V PERFUMES boutique at Al Wahda Mall in Abu Dhabi.
