For the SuperStep store at Mega Almaty

SuperStep is a store selling footwear and accessories from well-known brands at Mega Almaty, one of the busiest malls in Almaty. KazLedPro installed an LED screen here: the store needed a display that sets it apart from the neighbouring boutiques and shows new collections the way the brand intended — in motion and in colour. The video above is the client’s review.

What we did

We supplied and installed an LED screen in the SuperStep store. The screen is assembled from modules into a single canvas with no frames or seams, so brand videos and promotional campaigns look like one large image rather than a set of televisions. The brightness is sufficient under the full lighting of the mall — the screen does not get lost against shop windows and the neighbours’ illumination. Content is changed from a computer in a minute: a new collection, a promotion, an announcement — with no printed posters and no re-dressing of the window.

Why an LED screen suited the store

In footwear retail a screen works like a salesperson: it shows the product in motion and sets the mood of the store before the customer has even walked in. Unlike television panels, an LED screen is built to any size and proportion of the wall, has no frames and does not glare under the mall’s ceiling lights. For the store at Mega Almaty this meant one screen instead of several panels — and a single image visible from the mall gallery.
