LED screen at the Eleven Hotel & Hall banquet hall

Eleven Hotel & Hall in Almaty is a hotel with a banquet hall that hosts weddings, anniversaries, corporate parties and conferences. In early October 2019 KazLedPro supplied and installed an LED screen here: the hall needed a stage backdrop to replace printed banners and a projector and to work at every event without preparation. The video above shows the screen in the hall’s interior.

What we did

We installed an LED screen on the banquet hall stage and set up the control system. The canvas is seamless, so the backdrop of a celebration is one picture across the full width of the stage: the names of the newlyweds, a company logo at a conference, a photo slideshow, a live camera feed for guests at the far tables. Content changes from a computer in a minute, and between two events on the same day the hall is reconfigured without installers.

Why a banquet hall needs an LED screen

In a banquet hall the lights are almost never fully off, and at a celebration there are also spotlights and stage lighting at work. A projector fades in these conditions, while an LED screen keeps its brightness and contrast — it is a light source itself. The screen also becomes part of the decor: the host and the decorators get a tool that changes the mood of the hall with a single clip, without redressing the stage.
