For the conference hall of the Holiday Inn Almaty hotel

Holiday Inn Almaty is a hotel in Almaty whose conference hall is booked almost every day: corporate training sessions, presentations, negotiations, industry conferences. In March 2025 KazLedPro installed an LED screen in this hall — the hotel needed an image that works equally well for slides with small text and for video, and that does not depend on whether the lights in the hall are on. The video above is the client’s review.

What we did

We mounted an LED screen on the main wall of the conference hall. The canvas is assembled from modules into one seamless surface: a table, a diagram or a tenant company’s logo looks whole from anywhere in the room. A speaker’s laptop or a camera for streaming can be connected; switching between sources takes seconds, and the screen itself starts in a minute, with no warm-up and no adjustment.

Why an LED screen rather than a projector

In a hotel conference hall a projector loses on three counts. With the lights on its image fades, and guests at business events take notes and do not want to sit in the dark. It has to be realigned every time the furniture is rearranged. The lamp loses brightness over time. An LED screen has none of these problems: it is equally bright in the morning and in the evening, needs no setup before each event, and is built for years of daily use.
