The YASY banquet hall in Turkestan hosts weddings, toi celebrations and civic occasions — events where the stage has to look festive every evening. In early February 2022 a KazLedPro crew travelled from Almaty to Turkestan and installed an LED screen and stage lighting in the hall. The video above shows the hall after commissioning.
What we did
The screen on stage. An LED screen built from 320×160 mm modules, with a minimum distance from viewer to screen of 4 metres: guests at the near tables see a smooth picture with no grain, while from the far end of the hall the names and captions read clearly. The screen runs video greetings, slideshows, clips and a camera feed so that the far tables see the same as the front ones.
Stage lighting. Along with the screen we installed a set of lighting fixtures: they work in time with the music and, together with the screen, turn the stage into a full venue for the dancing part of the evening.
How the installation went
We worked with a field crew: the equipment was brought from Almaty, the screen was assembled on the hall’s stage, the lighting was connected and set up, the control system was commissioned, and we showed the hall’s staff how to upload content and switch on the lighting. The client received a complete set that the hall manager can run without calling a technician for every event.
What the client received
- a stage that is dressed for every celebration with a single clip;
- a screen that stays bright with the lights on and the spotlights working;
- stage lighting matched to the screen for the dancing part of the evening;
- installation and commissioning by a KazLedPro field crew in Turkestan.
